  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • Avocado oil spray
  • Your favorite marinara sauce

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  3. Gently form into 10–12 meatballs.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with avocado oil spray and arrange meatballs in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip each meatball.
  6. Air fry another 5 minutes until fully cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce.

Notes

Make ahead and freeze extras for future quick meals. Reheat straight from frozen in air fryer or microwave with moist paper towel.
